From my personal experience, they aren't there yet. Typically, they don't
understand enough of the context to give a correct translation. One can use an
LLM translation as a starting point, but a large proportion of the messages
still need human attention.

When you get such a translation, from a translation service or otherwise, it is
to be considered source code and belong in git and in source packages.
