SIGINT passes through to program

I've run into a problem that I think is with GDB. In HPUX 11, I can't get gdb to stop passing SIGINT through to the program bring debugged no matter what the settings are for the signal. Since graphical debuggers like DDD use SIGINT as a way to pause gdb to get info from the running program, this means that DDD is very broken on my HP.
