Yes, but I was looking for a toolchain to make texinfo from Doxygen.

I actually use texinfo results in the emacs info reader.  I find it fast
and convenient compared to a web browser.

(admittedly gdb internals hasn't been a texinfo/info document I have
read frequently...)
