Typo.

I also noticed the 2022-2024 -> 2022 change.  I went to look for the 
source of that, but the commit changing that doesn't explicitly mention 
it, it just says "bump version to 4.8.1".

Anyway, I verified that the version in this patch is indeed v4.9.2.
