Although I am not certain that Gramps would not just skip the problem file attachment after reporting it. How big was the .gpkg file? Check the file sizes in the Media file folder. Particularly that christening file. It seems likely that at least 1 will exceed the 2gb threshold. Weird things have been known to happen in Windows NTFS with oversized files. In the dim memories of Windows past, I recall having a file with a messed up End-Of-File marker. It pointed back to earlier in the chain of file blocks and the OS reported a file of over 100mb on a drive that was 1/5 that capacity.
