1921 Census

For those that don't know;

The 1921 England/Wales census papers will become available in early
January 2022 at Find My Past.

Attached is a custom form entry.  Save it in your custom.xml file,
create a source for '1921 England and Wales Census' - with the Attribute
UK1921.

IDK whether there is a Welsh variant that asks questions about languages
spoken as the 1891 - 1911 censuses did.  If there is, it should be
trivial to add the extra question in the right place.
