There is an archive at https://sourceforge.net/p/gramps/mailman/gramps-users/ where you can search and browse the messages, but you can't edit them. They're also heavily culturally biased, so they make it very hard for non-Americans. I don't know where a loop like this should be reported: it may be something to do with sourceforge itself, not just the Gramps list.
