Re: How to collapse list of people to their last names in People view? (Windows)

You taught me something new, the Shift arrow to open or close a node.
Clicking on the arrow to the left of the surname also opens and closes the
surname and other nested lists.

To close the nested surname list when you are in the middle of the list....

Right-click on the name you are on and Collapse all Nodes, Sorry, there is
no keyboard shortcut.
