Hello! I am new to Gramps but I am already loving this application. My question is: how do you organize your supportive documents? Currently, I have digital folders split up by surname with subfolders...etc. I also have a folder with news clippings labeled by publication as well as Census documents. I would like to start adding media to Gramps but my goal is to keep all of my materials in one location to make it easier to backup to a portable drive for redundancy. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to manage all of the supporting documents (images) to make this process smoother as my collection grows larger? Thank you for your time.
