Host and Port fields

On 2 PCs on my LAN, both connected to my NAS - Vista Ultimate x64 running Gramps 5.1.4; and Linux Mint 20.2 running Gramps 5.1.2 - I'm having the same two issues: Why when saving is my NAS (or other devices on my LAN) not recognised? In Preferences>Family Tree two fields - Host and Port - can not be clicked in (greyed out) and appear to be redundant. Even the wiki page is blank regarding them.
