The issue of interoperability.

We have come across a ban on using family information on the internet,
as in that case the information of people under the age of 100 should
have their written permission. We would use Gramps to maintain our
family database.

Questions:

Is it possible for more than one person on their own computer to see and
update information about their own family branch in Gramps?

Can multiple people have replicated versions of the Gramps database
without sharing the Internet?

How are data from different databases synchronized if changes have been
made locally?

Regards
