I note also that, in my version of GRAMPS, whilst both a (basic?) 
Descendants Report and a Detailed Descendants Report are available for 
Text Reports, only a Detailed Ancestors Report, but, not a (basic?) 
Ancestors Report is available, and, the Descendants Report has a limit, 
also, like the Relationship Calculator, of 15 generations, but, the 
graphical  Ancestor Tree has a limit of 50 generations.

Are these generation number limits, the same, in version 5.1.5, and, why 
does the limit of 50 generations, that applies to the graphical 
Ancestors Tree, not also apply to the text reports, and the Relationship 
Calculator?

This is notsomuch a criticism, as a query, to seek understanding.
