You can manually edit an .ini file to tweak some of what you list: https://gramps-project.org/wiki/index.php/Customize_the_Genealogical_Symbols_lookup_table By the way, the majority of the community support has switched to the Discourse forum rather than this Maillist. (It is more flexible about allowing screenshots and links.) But you can configure it in a maillist mode too.
