I am going to say... at this time No!

I found in my tree a grandmother that remarried and had more children after
the death of my grandfather. The descendants in the second family were
listed as my relatives but without the modifier 'half'.

I filed a bug report a while ago regarding how adopted relatives are being
handled. As they are not purely biological, they are listed as "step"
children, siblings, etc.

So to make the change you would need to file a bug. But it may take a while
before it is resolved.
