One of the code sources on the web (OpenLayers) recently changed their web
links in such a way that Narrative Web cannot find a needed prerequisite;
ol.js and ol.css.files.

I don't know if we will be able to get out a new version of 5.1.x to
correct this, as we have recently decided to stop producing new versions.
The soon to be upcoming 5.2.0 release fixes this.
https://github.com/gramps-project/gramps/commit/18da49cd75202480d956acec7c7d3069f3c98e63
shows what was done in the 5.2.0 release to fix this; if you are
technically inclined, you might try to patch your installation the same way.
