I am the list owner.

The user management option in the list administration was removed by 
SourceForge a few years ago for privacy reasons.  We can no longer see a 
list of our subscribers.  I did remove Ken Lind from the list, but have 
no way to know if this was successful.

I let Ken know the situation and gave him the SourceForge support 
contact details so that he could open a ticket.  As a last resort I also 
added him to the ban list.

Perhaps we could think about self-hosting our mailing lists? They are 
quite low volume now.
