Adding extensions to Gramps...

Hi folks: I've downloaded BirthOrder.addon.tgz and 9 others from the website, but I can't seem to get at the part of the program where I can install them. Could someone please point me in the right direction to get them installed in Gramps? BTW, I'm using version 5.1.5.
