Thanks Enno,

I didn't expect to have to go to system settings to correct a very
specific Gramps behaviour.

I have currently LC_TIME=de_DE.UTF-8 as locale setting.

If I change it to en.GB, does that mean that my local system time will
no longer be GMT+1? Or would that change just correct the strange
Gramps behaviour?
