You can also use the user preferences in the Discourse forum to enable a mail list mode. This allows posting be eMail too. However, the forum allows posting of screen captures, editing of postings, and linking terms/workflows to introductory materials. (The last is particularly useful as it relieves the onus of writing redundant step-by-step docs for standard workflows.)
