No. You can start all sorts of web searches for a selected person, but 
there is no list of hints.

There is an experimental plug-in for FamilySearch, which I can only get 
to work on Linux, not Windows.

I use the free version of RootsMagic for this, meaning that I export a 
GEDCOM file from Gramps to that, let that check for hints on these 
services, and record the results in Gramps.

If you have a tree on Ancestry now, with scans for all sorts of sources, 
RootsMagic can download that, with all media, so that you can export 
those too, and import that tree into Gramps.

RootsMagic is also a nice tool to import new branches from FamilySearch, 
and transfer those to Gramps.

RootsMagic Essentials is free, with some limitations, but good enough 
for me, for this purpose, meaning that I use it as an external add-on 
for Gramps. It shows hints from Find My Past too.

The paid version is an option if you make regular updates on Ancestry, 
and want to integrate those, or push updates the other way around. The 
free version can only download your Ancestry tree to a new database, 
which is more work, and can't push updates either.
