Hi Bret,
I believe GRAMPS had a report or export feature which creates a folder of
static html and php files that can be uploaded into/onto your Web host.
I can share (off list), if you want, the Url to my tree published in
exactly this way, so you can see what the produced files look like and how
you can navigate within the tree.
