Re: The Gramps Discourse forum needs members.

As a new user who recently posted to Discourse I can say that my question was answered very quickly and the responses were helpful and relevant. 

I’m obviously on the mailing list, I joined before I knew about the Discourse forum, but I prefer the forum. An active mailing list would personally drive me crazy as it would overwhelm both my inbox and my brain. But I would agree that preferences might be generational and I think it’s great that there are options. I hate being forced to used a platform I don’t like and am not active on as the only way to get info or help … cough… Facebook…
