Submitting bug report (Gramps 6.0.1)

I followed the Gramps procedure for submitting a bug report, but after landing on the Mantis Bug Tracker site and making sure that the gramps project was selected, I was rejected at all further attempts to log in, including signing up again. As anonymous user i would not be able to submit a bug, I suppose.
