You can add it yourself;  Just alter the note Type text to do so.  Next
time you want a DNA Match note, start typing, and it'll appear from the
drop down list.

This is all pretty standard for Gramps.

The only down side is that your new note Type will only appear in the
language it was created in.  For most people, that's not really a
drawback, but I'm aware that some people do use Gramps in multiple
languages.

The language thing is also why the dev team are sometimes reluctant to
add new types without some pretty compelling reasons;  The new Types all
need to be translated into multiple languages.  With limited numbers of
people to do the work........
