It almost certainly didn't.  ML software generally doesn't do that as it
would 'poison the well' for software designed for the purpose
(spamassassin, etc.)

The marking of spam/uce is most likely done by your email provider, or
your own system, *if* you have anti-spam software installed.  Any email
provider worth it's salt has methods available to their customers to
train (or otherwise inform) their anti-spam software that certain mails
should not be treated as spam.
