how to make corrections ...

       ... in the 'place type';

       I've been away from posting into this great program for a while, but
now I'm determined to place all my data into the program.

       There's 1 thing which really bothers me, & I cannot figure out how
to correct; I've searched on-line, including the various tutorials -
doesn't seem to be any new ones though - to describe this problem.
          somehow, I have 'village' twice, ditto with twp - & I would like
to change that to spell it out, ... ... ... is it possible to merge these
duplicates?, to re-name them?, & place all in alphabetical order?

       Hoping y'all are doing well, & still include the best of the best
genealogically,
