S-57 --> ASCII converter

  Hello,

   I am looking for a way to extract the depth (sounding) data from
an Electronic Navigation Chart (ENC) in S-57 format, to ASCII.

   Basically, I want to retrieve the lat,lon, and depth of each sounding.

     Do you know a program that can do this?
