Hi Bryan, Try Generic Mapping Tools (GMT) which offers several tools for gridding XYZ data, including triangulation, and tools to manipulate the grids & derive contours. Fast, reliable, well proven & some very effective tools for rendering the gridded models to postscript. Very helpful listserver as well. http://gmt.soest.hawaii.edu Cheers, Brent Wood --- Bryan Keith <[email protected]> wrote: > Hello, > > I'm looking for a tool (or two) to take a set of points with z (or some > other attribute to interpolate), triangulate the points, and output > contour lines from the triangulated mesh based the z values at each point. > > I think GRASS has some triangulation routines, but I don't think there's > a routine to generate contours from the triangulated mesh.
