Hi Bryan,

Try Generic Mapping Tools (GMT) which offers several tools for gridding XYZ
data, including triangulation, and tools to manipulate the grids & derive
contours.

Fast, reliable, well proven & some very effective tools for rendering the
gridded models to postscript. Very helpful listserver as well.
