Converting MapInfo raster file hoehe.mig to an open format

Hi,

I have a file named hoehe.mig that contains an elevation
raster.  MapInfo can display this file but the file format
appear to be some kind of MapInfo specific format (the
first 5 bytes of the file are "Grid9").

Does anyone know of some freely available software
that I can use to convert this file to a more standard
format such as TIFF, PNG or RAW?
