Yes, This file is a windows installer
I have built this GIS Software in several phases ( about 5 years of work )
- 1st phase was to view the shape file ( Zoom In. Zoom out, Pan )
- 2nd phase was to analyze ( Select, query builder, Shortest path, show
table, 3d View)
- 3rd phase was to edit and draw ( Edit table, modify table structure,
move vertex, snap vertex, convert coordinates systems, copy & cut
features, Applying VB Script, etc.. )
- 4th phase(next) expected to be the digitizer ( view raster image,
georefrencing )
There are no conditions to run, study, and distribute this software?
I have developed the source code of this software in my home.
I think that I have to register it on my name, before I publish it.
