nope, it still is not browsable with Konqueror.
You could easily test yourself with e.g. Firefox if you stick to a Windows 
system.

Could you also please state that this product is Free Software and
which Free Software license is applied?
A direct link to this information would help.

If it is actually not Free Software (as defined by the Free Software
Foundation, http://www.fsfeurope.org/documents/freesoftware.en.html)
I ask you not to advertise it anymore on this list which is dedicated
