If it gets traction, I expect a tool like vouch to be rife with abuse. Someone will trawl through GitHub repositories to see who has a AGENTS.md file, make a list of those users and share it with others. Some will denounce users not just for slop contributions, but also for behavior or opinions they don't agree with. And some will be happy to use lists collated by the community because they're already there so why not reuse that work?

You can already see it on Matrix where some people moderate hundreds of rooms and share ban lists with each with no way to appeal.
