Hi Januka, you can try #!/bin/sh -x, and then check where the error is. In the plots, I am getting streaks (possibly of data) that get plotted outside the bounding box and I have no clue where these are coming from. Can someone please show me what I am doing wrong here? At the following link there is a zipped folder containing my data and the script. Running the code should create the figure in the subdirectory results. http://tinyurl.com/p5c9s7u Tried this on both GMT 4.5.9 and 5.1.0 versions. Many Thanks ! Januka. _______________Serenity isn't freedom from the storm, but peace within the storm Januka AttanayakePostdoctoral Research AssociateLaboratório de SismologiaDepartamento de Física Instituto Superior TécnicoAv.
