Hi Januka,

you can try #!/bin/sh -x, and then check where the error is.

Cheers,

Gery

Subject: [GMT-HELP] Streaks in psxy plot
To: [email protected]

Hi,
I've been
grappling with a GMT script (for a couple of hours now) that plots multitaper spectra of a few seismic stations. In the plots, I am getting streaks (possibly of data) that get plotted outside the bounding box and I have no clue where these are coming from. Can someone please show me what I am doing wrong here? At the following link there is a zipped folder containing my data and the script. Running the code should create the figure in the subdirectory results.

Tried this on both GMT 4.5.9 and 5.1.0 versions.
Many Thanks !
