Hi Takaya, put your values in a 1-column data file, and then: gmtmath -fg -S -T your_file MEAN = --FORMAT_GEO_OUT='+ddd:mm:ss.x' BTW, If you someday read gmtmath man page, there is an example of this kind of calculation using MODE instead of MEAN.
