Hi Januka and Joaquim,

Yes, I would consider that indeed a bug. Correction of the textbox for superscripts and subscripts just never got implemented, although it was very easy to do.

So I added it now in the SVN version and it will hence work without the -C in the future releases of GMT4 and GMT5.
