error bar thickness

Hello All,

Does anyone know how to set the thickness for an error bar. I used the following command to plot the error bars.

psxy vel.vz -R -J -Sc0.05c -Gred -Exy10p -W1.5p,blue -K -O >> $file


But because of lot of other things on my plot, i barely see the error bars with the default settings. 
So wondering if it is possible to draw a thick error bar (not worried about the cap size).
