The log is full of warnings like this: implicit declaration of function ‘cos’ and all the other functions in math.h, e.g., fabs, exp, etc. How is that possible, given these are declared in math.h which we certainly include? What does cmake say your CFLAGS are at the end of the cmake run? Perhaps you had CFLAGS set to something crazy before and it no longer can find /usr/include ? -p On Jan 21, 2014, at 10:06 AM, Sara Ivonne Franco Sanchez <[email protected]> wrote: > Yes, I did it. > I attach the log. > I get the following error: > /root/gmt-5.1.0/src/mgd77/mgd77.c: In function ‘MGD77_Parse_Corrtable’: > /root/gmt-5.1.0/src/mgd77/mgd77.c:5626:21: error: ‘exp’ undeclared (first use > in this function) > /root/gmt-5.1.0/src/mgd77/mgd77.c:5626:21: note: each undeclared identifier is > reported only once for each function it appears in > > Thanks!!! > > On 01/21/2014 01:27 PM, Joaquim Luis wrote: >> Sara, >> >> Did you do >> >> make >> make install >> >> ? >> Where there any suspicious warnings/errors at compiling step? >> >>> Hello Marcelo! >>> I made the cmake log file.
