Well, you do have to look at the documentation to see what pstext expects.  I cannot read that for you.  Even if you just type

pstext -

you will at least be told the input format is

	Reads (x,y[,fontinfo,angle,justify],text) from <table> [or stdin].

so clearly you will need to specify the lon, lat coordinates, and if plotting outside the -R then you also need -N; see the pstext man page.
