Adding labels to axis

Hi all,


I am trying to add labels to my axis. Here the is code where I add the labels:


  psbasemap  -Js0/-90/-71/$project_size -Re$x_min/$x_max/$y_min/$y_max -B10g10:"Rate Uncertainty":/4g4:"Campaign Method": -O -K >> $plotfile


Everything else plots fine, except for no labels. It has worked in the past, could have something to do with the new -Re option?
