Just trying to understand one difference between GMT4 and GMT5. When I run
grdvolume (GMT4) on a particular grid, I get the following:

*33.6631578947 -2833.90811157 -84.1842622263*

Running grdvolume (GMT5) on the same file, I get:

*0 33.6631578947 -2833.90811157 -84.1842622263*


What is this extra first column?
