Thank you very much for the help!

Indeed I was able to produce a .dxf AutoCAD file from the file dumped by
grdcontour (using options -D and -m).

The command was: ogr2ogr -f "DXF" contours.dxf contours.gmt.

According to GDAL documentation, the file dumped by grdcontour MUST have
.gmt extension in order to be recognized, and the order of the files within
the command is also strict.

Now I have to see how to put the borders of the map...
