Hawaii Hurricanes

Hi GMT users,

As of this writing, two hurricanes are on track to hit the Hawaiian Islands s=
tarting Thursday.  The UH campus on Oahu is likely to close on Friday, and i=
t is likely we will loose power and Internet. While we will leave the GMT se=
rver running, be advised that it and all SOEST web and FTP services may go d=
own for some time.  We will try to restore services once the situation is st=
able, but since I am on travel there may be some delays. You can check hurri=
cane status on CNN or via local paper http://www.staradvertiser.com.
