Hi again,

The problem of the missing button seems to be solved (by actually
re-running the permission assignment in the trac admin section after
having edited trac.ini).

Now there are two buttons at https://trac.osgeo.org/grass
- "View Tickets" --> pointing to GitHub issues
(https://github.com/OSGeo/grass/issues)
- "Old tickets" --> pointing to the old ones in trac.
