Re: missing logs for Windows addons

Hi,

I found another issue, it's not a big deal, but addons can't be installed
for grass7.8dev because the g.extension expects grass-7.8.3dev while the
server uses grass-7.8.dev:

ERROR: Cannot open URL:
http://wingrass.fsv.cvut.cz/grass78/x86_64/addons/grass-7.8.3dev/r.futures.zip
