frustration compiling GRASS on Mac

A couple weeks ago, I was able to compile GRASS master with some effort and tweaking.

Now it won't compile, and neither will RB 7.8.2

I get a totally new error with libwebp.7.dylib listed below. I am using the same setups I used a couple weeks ago. Any advice???
