New GUI startup: Next steps in GSoC and beyond

Dear all,

We will meet to discuss ideas for the new startup of GRASS GIS specifically
using the GUI. The meeting will be a video call on Wednesday, July 15,
starting at 18:00 UTC.

There are two goals for this meeting: 1) Update list of tasks for Linda for
the rest of her GSoC project [1, 2] and 2) rethink the Proposal A3: Data
tree and big buttons (Prague 2019 roadmap) [3, 4] in the light of what was
done so far.

The best place to see what is currently being worked on is the New GUI
Startup project on GitHub [5]. Testing the Location Wizard and Data tab in
GRASS GIS (from master branch) is also a good way.

I will send a link to the call here right before the meeting. We will use
Zoom.
