OSGeo Virtual Community Sprint 2020 Report

Dear all,

The OSGeo Virtual Community Sprint 2020 just finished and here is a report
from it. Short version:

* 22 PRs merged
  * Open recent files in the integrated Python editor
  * Automatically show all newly created data in the GUI
  * ...
* 2 hours of community meeting in Jitsi with participants from at least
three continents, topics:
  * Priorities for the upcoming GRASS GIS 8 release
  * Is it ''database, location, and mapset'' or ''project and subproject in
a directory''?
  * Action points:
      * Open an issue on GitHub for the things you care about for version 8.
      * Discuss location-project controversy on the mailing list.

It is possible I forgot your contribution in this list. In that case,
please extend the wiki and highlight it here too.
