reading Atlas Graphics file?

Anyone have any idea how to read an Atlas Graphics file? The files are: stage3.prm Wvssrcd4.atl Wvssrcd4.sc0 They appear to be an ASCII vector format and date from ca. 2000 or 2001. I think that Atlas Graphics was acquired by ESRI in ca. 2011. Michael ______________________________ C.
