Saved setting on WInGRASS7.4.0

Dear all,
when a saved setting is loaded (Files > Workspace > Open) in my GRASS7.4.0 for Windows, the maps are correctly listed in the Layer Manager and displayed in the Map Display, but in the Layer Manager no action (delete, move, etc) is possible on the reported maps.  The maps seem frozen.
Is that a bug in my installation? In the previous versions of GRASS (7.0.5) I had no problems in modifying the content of the Layer Manager.
