mapserver connection string with multiple hosts

Hello altogether, we are running a postgresql cluster with patroni and haproxy. Therefore we'd like to address mutliple postgresql servers via haproxy in one connection string. Haproxy then decides which postgresql servers is master and has to be addressed. Is it possible to address multiple hosts in one connection string in a layer file?
